Prudential Real Estate Bldg.

This building was a run-down former grocery store with solid windowless walls and an auto repair garage at the rear.  The structure was completely gutted and rebuilt with a new steel and wood frame structure.  Solid concrete walls were opened up for large windows.  All new mechanical, electrical, insulation, roofing and finish systems transformed a former eyesore into a welcoming light and airy real estate office, with high bay open areas for agents, conference rooms, storage, lobby and private offices.   The exterior is a 3 color stucco system with trim and black reveals and awnings give it a crisp, clean welcoming appearance, open to the parking area and the major street.
