Costa Rica Drive Residence

This all new house on a narrow, deep lot responds to the site by reinforcing the main structure's connection to the street, but with a remote detached garage forming a large private back yard in-between. Arched forms were used, steep roof, gridded windows, unique balcony features, and high vaulted ceilings and skylights throughout the upper floor created wonderful interesting spaces.
