Barroilhet Avenue Residence

This 7500 square foot house was originally designed in the 1920's by Angus McSweeney. The house was completely gutted and doubled in size to meet the requirements of a modern young family and today's living patterns while retaining the historic feeling. The English country style was carried through using intricately shaped roofs, traditional windows, dormers and authentic trim. The entire site was redone with new patios, terraces, entries, fences and parking areas.
