This new house is organized in a traditional flow pattern with living spaces below and 4 bedrooms, 3 baths above. Colonial style detailing and moldings are used throughout the exterior and interior, with modern appliances and energy saving construction. This narrow 50' wide lot accommodates a detached garage to meet the tradition, a large rear yard, and the 3500 square foot house. Care was taken to fit the mass and bulk into the scale of the neighborhood and to be sensitive to the immediate neighbors.
